$250 for 50+ minutes.
-It is important to me to make therapy as accessible as possible while recognizing at the same time that this is how I sell my labor. I am willing to work with my clients with payment plans and offer limited sliding scale sessions. I do not means-test my sliding-scale clients as I trust you to be honest about what you can contribute to your therapy.

Out Of Network Billing - you will pay up front for treatment and I will provide you with a superbill that you then submit to your insurance for reimbursement. It is important that you check your benefits for Out of Network Billing as not all insurance plans will reimburse for this. See the guide for OON Billing here.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
